Terms and conditions for returns and refunds

Reservations and Payments
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the tour start date. Reservations made less than 15 days in advance require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will receive an 80% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days in advance.
To secure your Machu Picchu entrance ticket, train ticket, and hotel nights, the agency will make the payment for these services as soon as the first payment is received. The agency will not issue any refunds for these services after the initial payment has been received. Cancellations of full-day or half-day tours must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a 100% refund.
Itinerary Changes
Mystico Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of adverse weather conditions, security issues, or any other event beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide similar alternatives.If the tour must be canceled due to circumstances beyond the agency’s control, the agency will not refund any expenses incurred in planning the tour.
Liability
Mystico Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (transportation, accommodation, guides, etc.). We are not responsible for accidents, losses, damages, delays, or inconveniences caused by factors beyond our control. Documentation and Health
It is the traveler’s responsibility to have the required documentation (passport, visas) and be in good health to participate in the tour. We recommend consulting a doctor before engaging in any strenuous physical activity.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations, accidents, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events.
Conduct and Respect
We expect all our travelers to respect local cultures, the environment, and the established rules during the tour. Mystico Travel reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behavior is inappropriate or dangerous.
Intellectual Property
All content related to our tours, including itineraries, descriptions, and promotional materials, is the property of Mystico Travel and may not be reproduced without our consent.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Cusco. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation with Mystico Travel, the traveler accepts all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
